Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese healing art that uses energy to allow the body to relax and therefore heal. Reiki aids with your everyday aches and pains and crisis pain (such as broken bones), but not only that. It helps with mental distress, stress and depression. People who receive regular Reiki sessions can expect their bodies to feel better, their minds clearer and overall mood lighter. Energy work does all of this as well, but integrates additional techniques not present in traditional Reiki.
